Susan Maurizio, Founder of Da-Ve Communications, has over twenty years of public relations and marketing experience, specializing in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, baby, pets, intimate apparel, business, event planning, website, and non-profit work.  Before founding Da-Ve in 2002, Ms. Maurizio was Director of Public Relations for the Tweezerman Corporation, where she was instrumental in creating and building the public relations department, and oversaw each project from concept through completion. During her tenure, Tweezerman received at least one major editorial mention per day, including appearing on Oprah several times!  Prior to joining Tweezeman, Ms. Maurizio held a managerial position in the PR department at L’Oreal.

Ms. Maurizio holds a BBA from Hofstra University, and has been a member of several professional organizations including Cosmetic Executive Women; Fashion Group International: Public Relations Society of America; Women Executives In Public Relations; Ladies Who Launch; National Association Of Female Executives; Alumnae Board of Saint Vincent Ferrer; Sigma Delta Tau Sorority.
